With urban infill to be a feature of Canberra’s landscape in the generations to come, Dane’s vision was to create a building with residences that have design cues from traditional single dwelling homes, taking all the elements that would feature in a suburban home and transposing them into a horizontal format.

External Materials

The exterior of the building seeks to take on a Contemporary Industrial form with a monochromatic material palette, textured and effortlessly sophisticated, juxtaposing dark steel with light nodular render with boxed out louvred fenestrations to provide visual aesthetic that is unique within the tree lined landscape.

Interiors

The interiors take cue from the exterior of the building, modern refined industrial with opulence in material usage, texture, and quality to provide the live-in owner the ultimate experience.

Floorplans have been intentionally considered to orient different living spaces towards Northern sunlight something that can only be achieved in a smaller footprint and limited apartments per floor.
